The Atlanta Hawks will sign Jeremy Evans to a 10-day contract.

Evans last played in the NBA in 15-16 with the Dallas Mavericks.

Evans was with the Hawks during the preseason and then played 39 games in the G League with the Erie BayHawks. Evans averaged 15.3 points and 9.9 rebounds in 30.7 minutes per game in the G League.

Dennis Schröder, who has missed the last two games with a left ankle sprain, underwent an MRI at the Emory Sports Medicine Complex on Friday.

The MRI revealed a medial bone bruise and Grade 2 left ankle sprain.

The expected recovery time for the injuries is 2-4 weeks and he will miss the remainder of the season.

The Atlanta Hawks have signed guard Damion Lee to a second 10-day contract.

Lee has appeared in five games (two starts) with the Hawks, averaging 10.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.2 steals in 23.7 minutes (.447 FG%, .375 3FG%, .800 FT%).

He’s also played in 38 games this season (13 starts) with the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA G League, putting up 15.8 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.5 steals in 29.7 minutes (.454 FG%, .915 FT%).

The Atlanta Hawks have signed rookie guard Jaylen Morris to a multi-year contract.

Morris was previously signed to consecutive 10-day contracts on February 28 and March 11.

Morris is averaging 4.7 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 16.4 minutes in six games with Atlanta after posting 12.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.2 steals in 31.4 minutes in 39 appearances (all starts) earlier this season with Erie, the Hawks’ NBA G League affiliate.

The Atlanta Hawks plan to sign Antonius Cleveland to a deal for the remainder of the season that would include a partial guarantee for next season.

Cleveland played 13 games for the Mavericks earlier this season.

Cleveland went undrafted in 2017 out of Southeast Missouri State.

Kent Bazemore has been diagnosed with a bone bruise in his right knee. 

Bazemore will miss the remainder of the season.

Bazemore can become a free agent in 19-20 with his player option.

Bazemore finishes his fourth season with the Hawks averaging 12.9 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.

The Atlanta Hawks will sign Damion Lee to a 10-day contract.

Lee has been playing for the Santa Cruz Warriors.

Morris has also started 39 games this season for the Erie BayHawks, Atlanta’s NBA G League affiliate, and has averaged 12.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.2 steals in 31.4 minutes (.517 FG%, .673 FT%).

The Atlanta Hawks have signed guard Antonius Cleveland to a second 10-day contract.

Earlier this season, Cleveland was on a two-way contract with Dallas, appearing in 13 games with the Mavericks.

In seven NBA G League games this season (six with the Santa Cruz Warriors and one with the Texas Legends), he’s averaged 13.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.7 steals in 26.6 minutes (.547 FG%, .500 3FG%, .826 FT%).
