Georges Niang and the Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to a three-year, $26 million deal.
Niang spent the past two seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers on a two-year, $6.7 million deal.

Caris LeVert and the Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to a two-year, $32 million deal.
The Cavaliers acquired LeVert from the Indiana Pacers in February 2022.
The Dallas Mavericks intend to re-sign Dwight Powell, source tell Marc Stein of Substack.
Powell is expected to also draw interest from the Cleveland Cavaliers and Houston Rockets.
The Mavericks, however, consider Powell a key part of their team and is the longest-tenured player. Dallas is confident he will re-sign.
The Cleveland Cavaliers are looking to upgrade on the wing in free agency. One player they are interested in is Max Strus of the Miami Heat.
Cleveland has the full Non-Taxpayer MLE of $12.4 million available this summer. The Cavs should have enough clearance under the tax to use all of the MLE, re-sign Caris LeVert and fill out their roster.
It's unclear if the MLE will be enough for Strus, who reportedly has suitors from teams with cap space, like the Indiana Pacers and Orlando Magic. What is clear is that Strus will have a market that offers him at least the MLE as a floor for contract negotiations.
The Cleveland Cavaliers are interested in Miles Bridges in restricted free agency.
Bridges was not signed during the 2022 offseason following his domestic violence arrest and subsequent no contest plea. Bridges received a 30-game suspension with a portion applied to the 22-23 season.
Bridges received a $7.9 million qualifying offer from the Charlotte Hornets, which gives them match rights.
The Cavaliers have the $12.4 million midlevel exception they could offer Bridges, but the Hornets would match. Bridges' camp expects to receive a more lucrative offer.
The Cavaliers have limited trade assets available on a potential sign-and-trade.
The Philadelphia 76ers are shopping Tobias Harris in trade talks and sources tell Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer that they're asking for "outrageous packages in return."
A source says the Sixers told the Cleveland Cavaliers it would take a package of Evan Mobley, Jarrett Allen and a draft pick in order for them to agree to a Harris trade.
Mobley is considered one of the game's best young bigs, while Allen was an All-Star in 2022.
Harris has $39.2 million remaining on his five-year, $180 million contract signed in 2019.
The Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to a two-way contract with guard Craig Porter Jr. Porter went undrafted out of Wichita State at the 2023 NBA Draft.
In 31 games (30 starts) Porter led the Shockers in rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. The 6-foot-2 guard averaged 13.5 points, 6.2 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.5 blocks per game.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have been approached by several teams with trade offers for center Jarrett Allen. To this point, none of the offers have been close enough for Cleveland to seriously consider them.
The Dallas Mavericks are one team who reached out the Cavs on Allen's availability. Dallas have been known to be offering the 10th pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, as well as Tim Hardaway Jr. The Mavs have been looking to upgrade around Luka Doncic and hopefully for Dallas' sake a re-signed Kyrie Irving.
Tobias Harris has drawn trade interest from the Indiana Pacers, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Detroit Pistons, sources told Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer.
The Pacers have reportedly shown the most interest.
Sources add that the Sixers are overvaluing Harris and demanding “outrageous packages in return."
Harris is set to make $39.2 million next season.
