An MRI on Monday revealed the injury.

Foye will not undergo surgery and will rest and receive treatment.

The Denver Nuggets have built their core around Ty Lawson and Kenneth Faried, who received a four-year contract extension before the season.

Still, the Nuggets are open to moving contracts and do not view anyone as an untouchable part.

"Every player on our roster is a movable asset," Tim Connelly said. "Certainly you don't want to view players as assets, but there's a part of you in the front office that has to be brutally honest with how these guys are viewed leaguewide. We don't have a guy on the roster we'd have to heavily incentivize to move."

George Karl still wants to coach and is "paying close attention" to the Denver Nuggets' struggles, according to one of his former assistants.

Karl was the NBA Coach of the Year in 12-13, but was fired before entering the final season of his contract after the Nuggets' first round elimination by the Golden State Warriors.

Karl has since been on ESPN as a studio analyst.

Darrell Arthur has been suspended one game without pay for shoving Dion Waiters in the back as he elevated for a layup on Friday night, the NBA announced Saturday.

The incident occurred in the Cleveland Cavaliers' win over the Denver Nuggets.

The Denver Nuggets are expected to exercise the 2015-16 team option on Timofey Mozgov worth $5 million.

Mozgov would then become an unrestricted free agent in 2016.

The Nuggets can pick up Mozgov's option any time until June 29.

Mozgov has averaged 11.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in the Nuggets' first two games of the season.
