Paul George has received a fine of $35,000 for public criticism of officiating and for using profanity during a live television interview.

"The stripes (were) terrible," George told the team's local TV station, Fox Sports Indiana. "We (had to) go out and just play. The way this game was going and how they (were) calling it, we had to play. ... It's frustrating, but hopefully the league does a better job of looking at s--- like this."

George was visibly frustrated with the referees throughout the game.

Jordan Hill has exceeded the expectations of the Indiana Pacers this season, who they signed in free agency.

"Is he a little better than we thought? Yes. I think he is," Frank Vogel said of Hill. "I had a high-impression of him before he came here but he's exceeded my expectations."

"When he came here, I knew what to expect out of him," Paul George said of acquiring Hill from the Lakers in the offseason. "I don't think he's been getting enough credit for what he's been doing."

Hill has a PER of 17.6 this season, slightly above his career average.

Fort Wayne Mad Ants forward Rakeem Christmas, playing on assignment from the Indiana Pacers, has been named NBA Development League Performer of the Week for games played Monday, Nov. 30 – Sunday, Dec. 6.

Christmas (6-9, 239, Syracuse) led Fort Wayne to a 3-0 week behind averages 24.3 points, 8.7 rebounds and 3.7 blocks. On Dec. 2, Christmas recorded a double-double with 25 points and 13 rebounds as part of a 98-97 victory to hand the Westchester Knicks their first loss of the season. He followed that up with a five-block effort in a 98-94 win over the Canton Charge on Dec. 4. On Dec. 6, he scored a career-high 30 points on 11-for-15 shooting, to go along with seven rebounds, three blocks and two assists in a 105-92 victory over the Grand Rapids Drive.
For the season, Christmas is averaging 19.8 points, 7.4 rebounds and 3.5 blocks (seventh in the D-League)

The New Orleans Pelicans have inquired about a trade for Solomon Hill.

Hill is not in the future plans of the Indiana Pacers.

Quincy Pondexter remains sidelined as he recovers from knee surgery and Hill would give the Pelicans depth at small forward.

The Indiana Pacers have made Solomon Hill available in trade talks.

Hill was a first round pick in 2013 but has fallen out of favor despite averaging 29.0 minutes per game last season.

The Pacers elected not to pick up their team option on Hill's contract for the 16-17 season.

Stephen Curry and Paul George have been named the NBA's Players of the Month for November.

Curry averaged 30.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 2.6 steals per game.

George averaged 29.5 points, 8.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.5 steals per game.
