The Indiana Pacers today announced the team has signed forward Justin Anderson to a second 10-day contract. 

The Pacers signed Anderson to a previous 10-day contract on March 17, 2022. 

Myles Turner will miss the remainder of the season with a left foot stress reaction.

Turner has been out since mid-January.

While Turner has made good progress in his recovery, the Indiana Pacers have only seven games remaining in the season and will miss the playoffs.

Anderson has appeared in six games this season while with the Pacers and Cleveland Cavaliers. 

T.J. Warren will miss the remainder of the 21-22 season.

Warren has worked incredibly hard over the past 14 months to get to this point – a full participant in on-court activity with his teammates – all while navigating the many challenges that accompany this type of injury. However, after thoughtful conversation with T.J. and his representatives, it has been determined that the most beneficial course of action at this point is to allow him to focus on the 2022-23 season. We will continue to provide T.J. with all the care, support, and resources necessary to ensure he returns to the high-level of play to which he’s accustomed.”

The Indiana Pacers are signing forward Justin Anderson to a 10-day contract. Anderson was previously with Indiana on a hardship 10-day earlier this season.

The six-foot-six forward has spent most this season with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the G League. In 22 games (all starts), Anderson has averaged 27.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.3 steals per game.

Anderson has also played for the Cleveland Cavaliers this season, also on a hardship 10-day.

Indiana Pacers guard Malcolm Brogdon would like to suit up for Poland's national team in future international competitions. Reports out of Poland are that they will look to make Brogdon a naturalized citizen to make him eligible for Polish National Team.

Brogdon traveled through Poland extensively last summer, and his wife has Polish roots. The belief is that Brogdon would like to play at the national team level, and his prospects for doing so with Team USA are limited.

Poland has featured Baylor Bears forward Jeremy Sochan on their roster in recent events. Sochan became the youngest player to play for the Polish senior team, when he led Poland over Romania in a EuroBasket qualifier. Poland hopes that Brogdon and Sochan can take them to new heights on the national team level.
