Montrezl Harrell has yet to return to the Orlando bubble and is unlikely to suit up against the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday.

Harrell left the bubble due to a family emergency on July 17th.

It is not known when Harrell will return to Orlando.

Harrell has tested negative for COVID-19 each day he has been away from the bubble. 

Patrick Beverley returned to Orlando on Sunday, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Beverley left the bubble on Tuesday due to a family emergency.

NBA players will be required to quarantine at least four days following an excused absence.

The Clippers re-open their season against the Lakers on Thursday. 

Lou Williams will serve a 10 day quarantine for going to an Atlanta gentlemen's club during an excused absence from the Orlando bubble.

Williams is set to miss the Clippers opener against the Lakers on Thursday, and a Saturday game against the Pelicans.

Williams was photographed at Magic City by rapper Jack Harlow. Williams said he went there for dinner, and that there were no entertainers present.

Williams told investigators that he went to a viewing for a family friend that ended around 6 p.m., then went to Magic City for dinner afterwards. 

The NBA is investigating Lou Williams' whereabouts during his excused absence from the Orlando bubble, sources told Ramona Shelburne and Bobby Marks of ESPN.

Williams was photographed at an Atlanta gentleman's club on Thursday night by rapper Jack Harlow. Harlow said later that it was an old photograph. 

The league is trying to determine how long Williams should quarantine.

Williams told NBA investigators that he went to Magic City on Thursday night, but that there were no entertainers when he was there.

Williams was tested everyday when he was out of the bubble, though he could be forced to quarantine as many as 10 days. 

Doc Rivers added that he didn't know if he would have a full roster for the Clippers opening game against the Lakers on July 30th. 

Los Angeles Clippers center Ivica Zubac arrived in the Orlando bubble on Friday night.

Zubac will begin a two-day quarantine.

Lou Williams has departed the NBA's campus in Orlando for an excused absence.

The Los Angeles Clippers previously had Montrezl Harrell and Patrick Beverley leave Orlando to tend to an issue.

Williams played in the Clippers' scrimmage on Wednesday against the Orlando Magic.

The Inglewood City Council unanimously approved the environmental impact report for the proposed arena of the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Inglewood Basketball and Entertainment Center plans to break ground in 2021, and open for the 2024-25 season.

"I want to boldly tell you our vision for this arena: We want to simply make it the single greatest place in the world for basketball, a basketball palace with no peer. We want to make sure that we are giving back to our community and to being great citizens here in Inglewood," said Steve Balmer in a presentation to the City Council.

The arena will also feature the team's corporate office, practice facility, and an outdoor plaza.

The City Council will have a procedural vote to reaffirm today's decision, with another vote centering on the land that the arena will be built upon. 

Patrick Beverly has left Orlando to attend to an emergency personal matter and intends to rejoin the Los Angeles Clippers in the future.

Montrezl Harrell also had an excused absence for a family emergency.

If Beverley continues to be tested and return negative results, he will have to quarantine for four days when he returns to the NBA's campus in Orlando. If he isn't, Beverley could be subject to up to two weeks of quarantine.

Beverley participated in practice with the Clippers on Tuesday.

Montrezl Harrell has left the NBA's bubble in Orlando to attend to an emergency family matter.

Harrell plans to return to the bubble for the restart at a later date.

Harrell is one of the favorites to win Sixth Man of the Year this season.

Kawhi Leonard joined his Los Angeles Clippers teammates in Orlando on Friday, sources told Chris Haynes of Yahoo! Sports.

Leonard missed the team flight on Wednesday due to a personal matter.

Leonard will quarantine for the next two days.

The Clippers closed their practice facility on July 2nd following a positive COVID-19 test.
