The Memphis Grizzlies added free agents Luke Jackson, Tre Kelley, Kenny Thomas and Damien Wilkins, who collectively add 21 years of NBA experience to their 2010 training camp roster, Grizzlies General Manager and Vice President of Basketball Operations Chris Wallace announced today.

Zach Randolph's agent Raymond Brothers has tried to engage the Grizzlies on extension talks, but the team is taking a wait and see approach.
Randolph is seeking an extension similar to the one signed by Pau Gasol last season with the Lakers.
"Zach is enjoying his time in Memphis," Brothers said, refusing to discuss contract negotiations. "He's got a lot of respect for the owner. He's been great and Zach appreciates that."
The Memphis Grizzlies signed first round picks Xavier Henry and Greivis Vasquez to multi-year contracts, Grizzlies General Manager and Vice President of Basketball Operations Chris Wallace announced today.
?It?s great to have both Xavier and Greivis signed and in the fold now,? Wallace said. ?They?re both very bright young men from tremendous college programs. We think they can definitely help our team.
?Xavier has an advantage in that he has an NBA body. He can make shots. That?s his main strength right now. He?s also a very mature, heady young man from a terrific basketball family.
?Greivis is a player coming off a fantastic senior year at Maryland, where he won the Bob Cousy Award as the top playmaker in the country and the ACC Player of the Year. He was an across-the-board player in college. He scored, rebounded, assisted, and got steals. He just needs to come in and play that all-around game, and also show the passion that was his trademark in college."
Grizzlies GM Chris Wallace said Thursday that the contract of both Xavier Henry and Greivis Vasquez will be finalized by Monday when the team hosts media day.
"It's a procedural thing," Wallace said. "I'm confident it'll get done. There are I's to dot and T's to cross in every contract. There's nothing adversarial right now. It just has to do with language. And we didn't get started on it until earlier this week."
The Grizzlies and their rookies had argued over contract details since the June NBA draft.
Heisley originally insisted that the rookies accept 100 percent of the rookie salary scale with an added 20 percent tied to performance bonuses.
The Grizzlies have three of their core players, Marc Gasol, Zach Randolph and Mike Conley, entering contract seasons.
"My contract status doesn't make a difference," Gasol said. "I can assure you that all I'm going to try to do is make my teammates better and win."
Under rules of the NBA's collective bargaining agreement, Gasol isn't eligible to negotiate an extension this season. Gasol's deal expires June 30, 2011, when he becomes a restricted free agent.
"Marc is someone we put a high importance on in terms of what he means to our team," Wallace said. "I also think the fans are enamored with Marc. He showed last year he has the potential of being one of the top centers in the NBA. He's got a unique combination of skill, high basketball IQ and toughness. He has leadership potential not with just his words but with his deeds. He's one of our top players who helps set the tone on the floor with his competitiveness."
The Grizzlies have finally agreed to contracts with rookies Xavier Henry and Greivis Vasquez.
The pair reach the deals in principle through their agents. Both players will sign contracts worth 120 percent of the NBA's rookie salary scale designated for their draft positions.
"As far as I'm concerned, I'm happy the issue has been resolved," Memphis owner Michael Heisley said. "There's no question I'm doing what I should have probably done earlier."
The Grizzlies had offered 100 percent of the rookie salaries with an added 20 percent tied to performance clauses.
Grizzles swingman Rudy Gay wasn't always sure he would end up re-signing with the team as a restricted free-agent this summer.
"No, I didn't all," Gay said when asked if he assumed he'd remain in Memphis.
"I didn't know. I wasn't sure for the most part. But at the end of the day, I guess home is in Memphis."
Gay added that he hopes to contend for a spot on the All-Star team this season.
"I think so. I hope so," he said. "I definitely feel as I can compete on that level. And hopefully I do. Not just this year, but on a consistent level."
