Free agent center-forward Micheal Eric has agreed to a minimum salary deal with the Milwaukee Bucks, league sources told RealGM.

Eric, a 6-foot-11 big man who went undrafted in 2012 out of Temple University, has previously signed a contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers and will go to training camp with the Bucks.

In his senior season at Temple, Eric averaged nine points, nearly nine rebounds and two blocks per game.

Eric, 26, spent part of last season with the Texas Legends of the NBA D-League.

Bucks Expect To Keep Larry Sanders Part Of Future Plans

Sep 12, 2014 12:58 AM

Larry Sanders missed most of the 2013-14 season due to injuries, but the Milwaukee Bucks still believe in the center as part of their future plans.

Sanders will start his four-year extension this season.

"Absolutely. Yeah, yeah. Larry is in our future plans," assistant GM David Morway said. "We are hopeful that this year Larry gets back to being the basketball player that he was two years ago. He is a defensive presence and a game changer on the court.

"So when you have his length along with Giannis, Jabari Parker, John Henson and then Zaza Pachulia, Damien Inglis, who is very long, and if you play Khris Middleton at the two... We are a fairly long team. We've got good experience with OJ Mayo, Jerryd Bayless... And we like Kendall Marshall. So we are excited for next year."

Elijah Millsap Signs Non-Guaranteed Deal With Bucks

Sep 8, 2014 6:54 PM

Free agent forward Elijah Millsap has signed a non-guaranteed deal to attend training camp with the Milwaukee Bucks, his agent Daniel Hazan told RealGM.

Millsap, the younger brother of NBA All-Star Paul Millsap, had an impressive stint with the Philadelphia 76ers’ entry in the NBA's July summer league — averaging 11 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.8 steals per game.

Millsap, 27, finished his collegiate career as a junior at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and went undrafted in 2010.

The 6-foot-6 swingman previously signed two NBA contracts, with the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2010 and Los Angeles Lakers in 2011, but has played most of the past four seasons in the NBA D-League.

Wes Edens Primarily Responsible For Running Bucks

Sep 5, 2014 12:40 PM

While Marc Lasry is a co-owner of the Milwaukee Bucks with Wes Edens, Lasry said it was Edens who is the managing partner of the team and acts as the team's governor at NBA owner meetings.

"I'm not the person running the team," Lasry said.

Lasry said Edens was spending more time on the Bucks than he was.
