The Milwaukee Bucks have exercised the fourth-year contract option on forward Thon Maker and third-year contract option on forward D.J. Wilson.

The 10th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, Maker, 21, is averaging 6.3 points and 4.7 rebounds over three games this season. In his first two seasons with the Bucks, Maker averaged 4.4 points and 2.6 rebounds per game.

Wilson, 22, was the 17th overall selection in the 2017 NBA Draft. He appeared in 22 games for the Bucks in his rookie campaign and averaged 1.0 point and 0.5 rebounds. In 11 games for the Wisconsin Herd, the G League affiliate of the Bucks, Wilson averaged 15.9 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists last season.

Giannis Antetokounmpo has been placed in the NBA’s concussion protocol and will not play in Monday's game vs. Toronto.

Antetokounmpo sustained a blow to the head in Saturday night’s win over Orlando. Bucks team physicians followed league protocols and consulted the league’s neurologist during the evaluation periods. Antetokounmpo passed his neurological tests that created significant doubt that it was a concussion and he was allowed to return to play.

Antetokounmpo was evaluated again on Sunday and reported new symptoms along with a lingering headache. For that reason, he was placed into the concussion protocol and will miss tonight’s game vs. Toronto.

The Washington Wizards have agreed to send Jodie Meeks, a future second round pick and cash to the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Bucks will waive Meeks.

Washington will save salary and luxury tax by unloading Meeks.

The Milwaukee Bucks have requested waivers on Tim Frazier.

Signed to a free agent contract on Sept. 22, Frazier appeared in four preseason games and averaged 4.8 points, 1.8 rebounds and 4.5 assists per contest. 

The Bucks roster stands at 17 players.

Zeller appeared in four preseason games (one start) and averaged 5.8 points and 2.5 rebounds per contest.

Signed to a free agent contract on Sept. 22, Muhammad appeared in two preseason games and averaged 8.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.0 steal per contest.
