The Brooklyn Nets have been granted a $6 million disabled player exception for Jeremy Lin.

Lin was injured and ruled out for the season following his opening night injury in which he suffered a ruptured patella tendon in his right knee.

The Nets do not own their first round draft pick this season

The Brooklyn Nets have agreed to sign James Webb III to a two-way contract.

Webb is averaging 11.6 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 27.4 minutes per game in the G League for Delaware.

Webb went undrafted out of Boise State in 2016.
