The Portland Trail Blazers will assign Caleb Swanigan to the Canton Charge of the G League.

Swanigan has fallen out of Portland's rotation in November after even starting three games.

The Blazers selected Swanigan with the 26th overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft out of Purdue.

A pair of fans shouted anti-gay slurs at Damian Lillard while walking to the Blazers' bus leaving Minnesota's Target Center.

"I don't bother nobody," Lillard told ESPN. "They were straight disrespectful."

Cellphone video captured an irritated Lillard approaching the hecklers, asking, "Which one of you all said that?"

A woman in the area pointed out one of the individuals, and that person apologized.

Sources at the scene say no action was taken against the fans.

The Portland Trail Blazers have transferred guard Wade Baldwin IV to the Texas Legends of the NBA G League.

A two-way roster player signed on Oct. 19, Baldwin underwent successful surgery to repair an ulnar collateral ligament tear in his right thumb on Oct. 25.

Baldwin averaged 3.2 points, 1.4 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 12.3 minutes in 33 games (one start) during his rookie 2016-17 season with the Memphis Grizzlies.
