Jabari Parker said he doesn't blame his demotion from the starting lineup on Jim Boylen, stating that there are larger issues within the Chicago Bulls organization at play.

"It's bigger than Jim. I think it's the overall organization and the direction they're going. I've done everything that's been asked of me. I didn't complain. I never had an argument or confrontation with anybody. I've done what I do," said Parker. He added that "I kept my end of the bargain".

Parker hasn't played since December 13th. There has been little interest in Parker on the trade market. 

The Memphis Grizzlies will sign Jarnell Stokes to a Two-Way contract.

Stokes is currently playing for Sioux Falls in the G League.

The Denver Nuggets have waived Nick Young.

Young was on the Nuggets' roster using the injury hardship exception.

Patrick McCaw has agreed to sign a two-year, $6 million offer sheet with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

McCaw has been holding out this season as a restricted free agent with the Golden State Warriors.

The NBA has sent a memo to all 30 teams reminding them of tampering rules.

The memo was aimed to "serve as a reminder of the league's anti-tampering rule."

In the letter, NBA says, "employment contracts are to be respected and conduct that interferes w/ contractual relationships is prohibited.

"This principle is particularly important in today's media environment, where any actions or comments relating to potential player movement receive immediate and widespread public attention. Teams should be entitled to focus their efforts on the competition this season with the players they have under contract, without having to divert attention or resources to conduct or speculation regarding the potential destinations of those players in future seasons once their contracts expire."

The memo comes approximately a week after LeBron James spoke publicly about wanting to play with Anthony Davis.

Several teams in need of "3-and-D" help have inquired about trading for Justin Holiday.

The Bulls swingman is in the final year of a two-year, $9 million deal.

Holiday is currently averaging 11.9 points with a career-high 2.7 3-pointers per game.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to sign Donte Grantham to a Two-Way contract.

Grantham will replace Tyler Davis on a Two-Way deal.

Grantham went undrafted out of Clemson in 2018.

The Oklahoma City Thunder has waived two-way player Tyler Davis.

The center saw action in 15 games (eight starts) with the Oklahoma City Blue and averaged 17.2 points, 11.6 rebounds and 1.87 blocks in 26.7 minutes per game.

Davis appeared in one game with the Thunder.

The New Orleans Pelicans have been limited on cap space during most of the tenure of Anthony Davis.

When they found cap space again in 2016 with the salary cap increase, they considered spending all of it on Harrison Barnes.

The Pelicans instead signed E'Twaun Moore and Solomon Hill while letting Eric Gordon and Ryan Anderson walk.

Barnes ultimately signed with the Dallas Mavericks.

Anthony Davis has yet to tell those close to him he is "dead set" on joining the Los Angeles Lakers or any other specific team.

Davis also does not appear ready to demand a trade from the New Orleans Pelicans.

Davis has been consistent with his public comments about wanting to win with the Pelicans.

The Boston Celtics have long been interested in Davis and presumably could offer the Pelicans the best package, while the Lakers could also put together a potential trade for Davis.
