Iman Shumpert has experienced increased right knee soreness over the past few days, including pregame of the Cavs’ Sunday night contest against the Knicks.

Imaging on Monday at Cleveland Clinic Sports Health revealed no structural damage. 

Shumpert will be out 5-7 days while he undergoes a treatment and rehabilitation process. His status will be updated next week.

Markelle Fultz is out indefinitely with a shoulder injury and won't be re-examined until three weeks from now.

Fultz does not have any structural damage in his ailing right shoulder but is dealing with soreness and muscle imbalance.

Fultz has played in just four NBA games and has resisted jump shots while relying almost exclusively on drives to the basket. 

There has been confusion as to whether Fultz's shooting tweak caused the injury or began because of the injury.

Richaun Holmes said he’s scheduled to make his season debut on Friday against the Indiana Pacers.

Holmes has been out since Oct. 6th when he suffered a fractured wrist.

The Philadelphia 76ers want Holmes to participate in several practices before returning.

Wade Baldwin underwent successful surgery to repair an ulnar collateral ligament tear in his right thumb.

The procedure was performed by Dr. Michelle Carlson at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.

The Trail Blazers signed Baldwin to a two-way contract on October 19. He is expected to miss six weeks.

LeBron James' right elbow mysteriously swelled to the size of a tennis ball a few weeks after the 2017 NBA Finals.

X-rays came back negative and an MRI showed no structural damage.

The injury was nothing like the one that plagued him during the 2010 playoffs.

"That was different. That was so different. I would get to here," James said forming his arm in an L-shape, "and get right here and it would just lock."

James isn't sure how the injury happened.

"I don't know where it came from," James said. "I was working out in L.A. in late June and my wife was like, 'What's wrong with your elbow?' I'm like, 'What?' ... The weirdest s---."

James changed his shooting motion to minimize the discomfort in his elbow.

Markelle Fultz will miss at least the next three games due to discomfort in his right shoulder.

Raymond Brothers told ESPN on Tuesday that Fultz "literally cannot raise up his arms to shoot the basketball" because of the discomfort.

Fultz will be reevaluated on Tuesday.

Second opinions also have confirmed the 76ers' ongoing treatment plan of physiotherapy.

Tony Parker has been sent on a rehab assignment to the Austin Spurs of the G-League.

Parker is returning from a ruptured quadriceps tendon during last season's playoffs.

Parker began full contact games of 2-on-2 and 3-on-3 last week.

Anthony Davis suffered no damage in his injured left knee after undergoing an MRI.

Davis felt pain in the knee during warmups and then tweaked it in the first quarter of the New Orleans Pelicans' loss at Portland.

Davis is listed as day-to-day.

Markelle Fultz had fluid drained from his right shoulder and is planning to visit a specialist.

"Markelle had a shoulder injury and fluid drained out of the back of his shoulder," agent Raymond Brothers told ESPN. "He literally cannot raise up his arms to shoot the basketball. He decided to try and fight through the pain to help the team. He has a great attitude. We are committed to finding a solution to get Markelle back to 100 percent."

Fultz has continued to play through the injury despite being unable to shoot normally.

Fultz is shooting 33 percent (9 of 27) from the floor and 50 percent (6 of 12) from the free throw line. He has averaged 19 minutes in the Sixers' four games.

"From a basketball perspective, it's been encouraging to see that Markelle can get any shot he wants during the games, but he has been unable to shoot the ball," Brothers told ESPN.

Juancho Hernangomez has been diagnosed with mononucleosis. 

Hernangomez did not travel with Denver on their current four-game road trip as part of his recovery.

His return to the court will be determined at a later date and updates on his status will be provided as more information becomes available.
