Sean Marks revealed in a radio interview that the Brooklyn Nets' system factored into Kevin Durant's decision to sign with the team.
"I love the system. I love how you guys play. I see how hard you guys play. ... You were never out of games. We could never take you guys lightly," Marks said Durant told him after he signed.
Marks added that the team would not rush Durant's return from his Achilles injury, and that the decision to come back will ultimately be up to Durant.

He will continue to take part in training and conditioning with our performance team.”
