Michael Porter, Marvin Bagley, DeAndre Ayton and Luka Doncic comprise the top-4 of the first mock draft from Jonathan Givony of ESPN for 2018.

Porter is a multi-talented, highly athletic combo forward.

Bagley reclassified to the incoming freshman class of 2017 and will attend Duke.

Doncic has been widely considered a potential top overall pick but scouts have concerns on whether he is athletic enough to defend his position as well as create his own shot.

Marvin Bagley has announced he will attend Duke.

Bagley was the top player in the incoming class of 2018 before reclassifying for 2017.

The Blue Devils already had Trevon Duval, Wendell Carter and Gary Trent Jr. as part of their incoming class.

Bagley is expected to be one of the top selections in the 2018 NBA Draft.

Jontay Porter will reclassify for the class of 2018 to join his brother, Michael Porter Jr., at Missouri.

The Porters' father, Michael Porter Sr., is an assistant coach at Missouri.

"This is going to be a special year for Mizzou basketball, and I couldn't pass up on this opportunity to be a part of it," Jontay Porter told ESPN on Wednesday. "Playing with Michael was definitely one of the most attractive things about reclassifying. Every team we've played on together has had major success, so hopefully that trend continues."

There is little more than a year in age difference between the brothers.

Jontay Porter was the 10th ranked player in the incoming class of 2018.

The NBA has considered banning pick swaps between drafts in which a team already owes its pick to other teams.

The change in rules has been on the agenda of the competition committee but it has not yet been debated at length.

The Brooklyn Nets included a 2017 pick swap in their trade with the Boston Celtics that essentially saw them trade three consecutive first rounders.

The Stepien Rule prohibits teams from trading away first round picks in consecutive years.
