The New York Knicks waived forward Feron Hunt from his Two-Way contract. The Knicks signed DaQuan Jeffries to a Two-Way deal to replace Hunt.

Hunt appeared in two NBA games over the last two seasons with New York. In eight G League games with the Westchester Knicks this season, Hunt has averaged 16.1 points, 7.7 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.6 blocks.

Jeffries was originally cut by New York at the end of the preseason. The three-year NBA veteran then joined Westchester. In six G League games, Jeffries has averaged 16 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.

Sharife Cooper has been named NBA G League Player of the Week for games played 11/14 through 11/20.  

The Charge went 2-2 during the packed week, in which Cooper averaged 29.5 points, which was good for second across the league, with 6.8 assists and 2.0 steals in 35.9 minutes per game

Cooper opened up the week with back-to-back 40 point games, including a career-high 42 points and 12 assists despite a loss to Grand Rapids on November 15. During his second 40-point game, Cooper was lights out from the floor, shooting an impressive 75% and a staggering 80% from behind the arc while going two-for-two from the free throw line.

The Washington Wizards are set to sign guard Devon Dotson to a Two-Way contract. The Wizards will waive Jordan Schakel from his Two-Way deal to create the room for Dotson.

Dotson went to training camp with the Wizards before being waived at the end of the preseason. Dotson then joined Washington's G League affiliate the Capital City Go-Go. In seven games with the Go-Go, Dotson has averaged 12.1 points, 6.9 assists and 4.1 rebounds per game.

The Wizards have an immediate need of additional point guard depth, necessitating the signing of Dotson. Monte Morris and Delon Wright are both out with injuries, while Two-Way point guard Jordan Goodwin was banged up in Washington's last game.

The Golden State Warriors are sending James Wiseman to their G League affiliate in Santa Cruz for an "extended period," according to Steve Kerr.

Kerr added that Wiseman could remain with the G League for "maybe ten straight days."

Wiseman is averaging 6.8 points and 3.8 rebounds on the season. 

The Portland Trail Blazers assigned Greg Brown III to the G League's Ontario Clippers.

The Ontario Clippers are the G League affiliate for the Los Angeles Clippers.

Brown III has appeared in just four games this season. 

The Miami Heat are planning to waive Two-Way guard Dru Smith. Miami will then sign center Orlando Robinson to a Two-Way deal.

Part of the reason for the roster change for the Heat is a long-term injury to Omer Yurtseven. Robinson will give Miami more depth at the center position while Yurtseven is out.

Smith appeared in just one NBA game for the Heat. He's also only appeared in one G League game for the Sioux Falls Skyforce this season, as Miami has kept their Two-Way players with the NBA club due to injuries. Smith is likely to stay in the organization by joining the Skyforce upon clearing waivers.

Robinson was waived by the Heat towards the end of the preseason. In four games with the Skyforce this season the 7-footer has averaged 20 points, 9.3 rebounds, 1.3 steals and a block per game.

The Austin Spurs have added more proven depth to their frontcourt. Eight-year NBA veteran Kenneth Faried has joined the G League Spurs.

Last season, Faried appeared in 12 games for the Grand Rapids Gold of the G League. In those contests, Faried averaged 10.8 points, 7.3 rebounds and one block in 19.2 minutes per game.

Faried had previously played in Mexico and Venezuela this season. The 32-year-old big man has played for the Denver Nuggets, Houston Rockets and Brooklyn Nets during his NBA career. He's also played for teams in China, Puerto Rico and Russia over the last three seasons.

The NBA announced that select G League Ignite games will be streamed live via the NBA App this season. This includes the Ignite's season-opener this Friday, November 4.

The league also announced that several Ignite games will air on ESPN channels this season. The NBA previously announced that all games of French club Metropolitans 92 will air via the NBA App this season.

Metropolitans 92 and the Ignite feature Victor Wembanyama and Scoot Henderson, respectively. Wembanyama and Henderson are widely expected to be the first two players selected at the 2023 NBA Draft.
