Jimmer Fredette has returned to the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association. Fredette will play in the final 10 games of the regular season for the Sharks, as well as the playoffs.

Fredette has played for the Sharks in four of the previous five seasons. Last year, Fredette averaged 26.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 6.4 assists in 47 games.

Jahlil Okafor's next career stop will take him overseas. Okafor plans to sign a contract with the Zhejiang Guangsha Lions in China.

Okafor spent the NBA preseason with the Atlanta Hawks. He was waived shortly before the start of the NBA season. Okafor last played in the NBA with the Detroit Pistons in 2020-21.

In his six-year NBA career, Okafor has played for the Philadelphia 76ers, Brooklyn Nets, New Orleans Pelicans, as well as the Pistons. He holds career averages of 10.4 points and 4.7 rebounds in 247 NBA games.
