The NBA announces 233 players -- 175 players from colleges and other educational institutions and 58 international players -- have filed as early entry candidates for the 2019 NBA Draft.

Players who have applied for early entry have the right to withdraw their names from consideration for the Draft by notifying the NBA of their decision in writing no later than 5 p.m. ET on Monday, June 10. Under NCAA rules, in order to retain college basketball eligibility, underclassmen who have entered the 2019 Draft must withdraw by Wednesday, May 29.

Zach Norvell Jr. will test the 2019 NBA Draft waters.

Norvell averaged 14.9 points and 3.1 assists as a redshirt sophomore for Gonzaga.

Norvell could sign with an agent and stay in the draft.

Missouri sophomore Jontay Porter has declared for the 2019 NBA draft.

The 6'11" Porter, who is the little brother of Michael Porter Jr., missed the entire 2018-19 season after tearing his ACL and MCL in a preseason scrimmage. Porter then re-tore his ACL in March.

Porter averaged 9.9 points and 6.8 rebounds as a freshman. He is ranked #42 in ESPN's NBA draft rankings. 

French forward Sekou Doumbouya declared for the 2019 NBA draft. Doumbouya is currently the youngest player in the draft, and won't turn 19 until December 23rd.

Doumbouya is ranked as the 8th top prospect on ESPN's Top 100 list. 

The 6'9" Doumbouya averaged 6.7 points and 3 rebounds in the French Pro A league and the EuroCup.

Jarrett Culver will announce he is declaring for the 2019 NBA Draft.

Culver is expected to be a top-10 pick in the June draft. Culver helped lead Texas Tech to the National Championship Game this season.

Culver has been meeting with agents this week.

Brandon Clarke has declared for the 2019 NBA Draft.

Clarke was named Wooden All-American, and third team All-American by the Associated Press.

"I would also like to thank Coach (Mark) Few and the entire Gonzaga coaching staff for sharing their knowledge of the game. I transferred to GU to develop my game and learn as much as I could from the top coaching staff in the country. Clarke is expected to be a lottery pick.

William McDowell-White declared for the NBA draft, further highlighting the basketball talent pipeline from Australia. 

McDowell-White came into the season ranked in ESPN's top 100 prospects, but missed a significant portion of time with a foot injury. He averaged 13 points and 7 assists in Germany's second division last year.

13 Australians saw NBA minutes this season, tied with Canada for the most international players in the NBA.

"Australians all play with a chip on their shoulders, and a certain amount of toughness. Being the next one drafted would be a great honor. Obviously, we have had stars like Ben Simmons get drafted, but even the less-heralded Aussies -- guys like Joe Ingles, Jonah Bolden, Patty Mills and Aron Baynes -- have had great success in the NBA and are playing integral roles on playoff teams," said McDowell-White.

Virginia's Kyle Guy declared for the NBA draft and will sign with an agent. Guy joins teammates De'Andre Hunter and Ty Jerome in entering the draft following their championship season.

"I set a goal with my brothers when we committed to UVA. Three years later we accomplished that goal of winning a National Championship. I also set a goal for myself to play in the NBA," said Guy.

Guy averaged 15.4 points on the season.

Tyler Herro will leave Kentucky for the 2019 NBA Draft. Herro is a projected first round pick.

Herro thanked Kentucky fans and said his lone season with the Wildcats was everything he had hoped for.

John Calipari said Herro was "wired and driven like few other players" he has coached.

De'Andre Hunter has followed teammate Ty Jerome in declaring for the 2019 NBA Draft.

"Winning a national championship has always been a dream of mine and accomplishing that with this team is something I will never forget. Thank you to all the fans for your tremendous support. You guys will always be in my heart," wrote Hunter on Instagram.

Hunter, who averaged 15.2 points on 52% shooting from the field, is ranked the number 5 overall draft prospect by ESPN.
