Stephen Curry and Brook Lopez have been named the NBA's Players of the Week.

Curry helped the Warriors to a 4-0 week, with all four wins coming against teams that would be in the playoffs if the season ended today. He averaged 30.0 points (third in the conference) and 8.0 assists (second in the conference), and connected on 24-of-38 three-point field goals (63.2 percent). Curry posted back-to-back point-assist double-doubles on March 24 and 27 during wins over the Portland Trail Blazers and Memphis Grizzlies.

Lopez led the Nets to a 3-1 week behind a conference-best 28.8 points, 8.5 rebounds (10th in the conference) and 2.25 blocks (tied-third in the conference). Lopez shot 57.8 percent from the field overall and converted better than 60.0 percent twice. He recorded two point-rebound double-doubles, including a 34-point, 10-rebound effort during which he also contributed three blocks and two steals in a 91-88 win over the Charlotte Hornets on March 25.

Dwyane Wade and Chris Paul were named the NBA Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Monday, March 16, through Sunday, March 22.

Wade led the Miami Heat to a 3-1 week.

Paul powered the Los Angeles Clippers to one of the NBA's two 4-0 weeks.

Anthony Davis and Kyrie Irving have been named the NBA's Players of the Week.

Irving led Cleveland to a perfect 3-0 record this past week, averaging a team-high 37.3 points on .633 (38-60) shooting from the field, including .867 (13-15) from the three-point line, .885 (23-26) from the foul line, 4.0 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 2.3 steals in 38.7 minutes per game.  

Mo Williams and Russell Westbrook were named NBA Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Monday, March 2, through Sunday, March 8.

Williams led the Charlotte Hornets to a 4-0 week.

Westbrook averaged a triple-double as he led the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 2-1 week.

Steve Kerr would like Stephen Curry to win MVP this season, but he will not begin promoting him for the award.

"I care. I'd like for Steph to win the MVP, and I think he deserves it," Kerr said Thursday after practice.

"I don't think it's our job to promote it," and drew a distinction between the Warriors' approach and that of the Houston Rockets, who are heavily supporting James Harden's campaign.

"We're trying to win games. We've got a lot of work to do," Kerr said Thursday. "So, if Daryl Morey wants to run his own one-man campaign for James Harden, he can do that. That's fine. But we're focused on other stuff."

Curry and Harden are the two most likely MVP award recipients, according to the Bovada Sportsbook. Curry's odds are listed at 1-2, and Harden's are at 1-3. 

"[Harden has] generated more wins than any player in the league by a huge margin," Morey told ESPN.com's Tom Haberstroh last weekend during the annual MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference.

Russell Westbrook and LeBron James have been named the NBA Players of the Month for February.

Westbrook had a PER of 34.6 in February, averaging 31.2 points, 9.1 rebounds and 10.2 assists per game for the Oklahoma City Thunder.

James averaged 24.4 points, 6.7 rebounds and 7.3 assists per game for the month.

Andrew Wiggins and Marcus Smart have been named the Rookies of the Month for February.

Wiggins averaged 16.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game in February for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Smart averaged 9.8 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.3 assists for the month for the Boston Celtics.

Isaiah Thomas and Damian Lillard have been named the NBA's Players of the Week.

Thomas was traded to the Boston Celtics at the deadline.

In wins over San Antonio, Oklahoma City and Sacramento, Lillard averaged 26.0 points (49.1% FG, 50% 3-PT, 93.3% FT), 4.7 rebounds and 5.7 assists.
