The Toronto Raptors have fined Pascal Siakam $50,000 for a verbal exchange directed at Nick Nurse.

Several choice words were issued, sources tell Shams Charania of The Athletic.

The incident occurred while the Raptors were leaving the floor after an 11-point loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Nick Nurse was fined $50,000 for throwing his face mask into the stands and directing inappropriate language towards the refs.

The incident occurred at the end of the Raptors' 115-112 loss to the Jazz on March 19. 

The Raptors are currently 17-24 on the season. 

Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert have each been fined by the NBA for comments following a 131-123 loss by the Utah Jazz at the Philadelphia 76ers.

Mitchell was fined $25,000 for public criticism of the officiating and his conduct while exiting the court. Mitchell received two technicals and was ejected with 30.8 seconds remaining and then knocked over a water cooler.

Gobert was fined $20,000 for public criticism of the officiating.
