Heat Fined $25K For Failure To Comply With Injury Reporting

The Miami Heat were fined $25,000 for failing to comply with injury reporting. This is Miami's second fine this season for this issue.

The Heat failed to list Jimmy Butler on their injury report prior to Tuesday's game. Butler was ruled out before the game due to back soreness. At the time, Miami said Butler was injured during pregame warmups.

Joel Embiid Fined $25K For 'Obscene Gesture'

Joel Embiid was fined $25,000 for "making an obscene gesture on the playing court" during the Philadelphia 76ers' 137-133 win over the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday.

The incident occurred after Embiid scored an and-1 midway through the third quarter of the game.

Embiid finished the game with 26 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 assists.

Steph Curry Fined $25K For Throwing Mouth Piece

Steph Curry was fined $25,000 for "throwing his mouthpiece into the spectator stands" during the Golden State Warriors' 122-120 win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday.

Curry threw his mouth piece in reaction to Jordan Poole's three-pointer with 1:14 left in the game.

Curry received a technical foul and was ejected from the win.

NBA Suspends Jalen Green, Jae'Sean Tate For One Game; Fines Three Others

The NBA announced punishments from the Houston Rockets and Sacramento Kings on-court altercation on Friday night in Sacramento.

In the fourth quarter of the Kings victory, Garrison Mathews of the Rockets and Malik Monk of the Kings got tangled up while pursuing a loose ball. As things escalated, Mathews, Monk and Tari Eason of the Rockets were ejected from the game.

Jalen Green and Jae'Sean Tate of the Rockets left the bench area during the altercation. They have both been suspended for one game for those actions.

Matthews was fined $35,000 for initiating the altercation and taunting Monk. Monk was fined $25,000 for continuing the altercation and taunting Mathews. Eason was fined $30,000 for escalating the altercation and making inadvertent contact with a game official.

Green and Tate will both serve their suspensions during Sunday's game at the LA Clippers.

Marcus Smart Fined $35K For Inappropriate Language Toward Official

Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart was fined $35,000 for directing inappropriate language toward a game official. Smart was ejected from the Celtics loss on Tuesday in Oklahoma City. Following the ejection, Smart was seen running towards and yelling at the officials.

Throughout the game, Smart had complained about calls and non-calls. That eventually led to his second technical foul and ejection late in the third quarter. Boston went to lose the game by a 150-117 margin to the Thunder.
