The Sioux Falls Skyforce have re-acquired Briante Weber as a returning player.

Weber spent the first half of the 17-18 season as a two-way player for the Houston Rockets.

Over the past three seasons, Weber has appeared in 40 NBA games (four starts) for the Memphis Grizzlies, Miami Heat, Charlotte Hornets, Golden State Warriors and most recently in Houston. Weber has averaged 3.0 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists in just over 12 minutes per game in his NBA career.

Weber has appeared in 59 games (40 starts) for the Skyforce over the last two seasons, averaging 13.7 points, 6.4 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game. Weber has accounted for multiple NBA call-ups in each of the last two seasons with Sioux Falls, was a member of the 2016 NBA G League Championship team, earned an NBA All-Star appearance during the 2016-17 seasons and was voted to the All NBA G League Second Team a year ago.

The Brooklyn Nets have agreed to sign James Webb III to a two-way contract.

Webb is averaging 11.6 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 27.4 minutes per game in the G League for Delaware.

Webb went undrafted out of Boise State in 2016.

The Houston Rockets have signed R.J. Hunter to a two-way contract.

Hunter has averaged 19.2 points in 29.8 minutes on 43.2 percent shooting with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, the Rockets G League affiliate, this season.

Hunter will be able to have up to 22 days with the Rockets before they would have to convert his contract to a standard NBA contract if they wish to keep him with the team, rather than in the G League.

The Los Angeles Lakers plan on signing Gary Payton II to a two-way contract.

Payton was waived by the Bucks on Dec. 18th when they signed Sean Kilpatrick.

Payton had started six games for the Bucks.

The Atlanta Hawks have agreed to sign Andrew White to a two-way contract.

White went undrafted in 2017 out of Syracuse.

White is averaging 16.0 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 34.0 minutes per game for the Maine Red Claws.

The New York Knicks have agreed upon a deal with Trey Burke for the remainder of the season.

Burke has had an excellent season in the G-League with the Westchester Knicks.

Burke spent last season with the Wizards.

The Indiana Pacers will sign Ben Moore to a two-way contract.

Moore had been playing in the G-League with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. Moore is averaging 11.0 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 28.1 minutes per game.

Moore played for the Pacers in Summer League.

The Utah Jazz plan to sign Georges Niang to a two-way deal.

Utah will need to waive either Erik McCree or Naz Mitrou-Long to create a spot for Niang.

Niang has played for the Santa Cruz Warriors of the G-League this season, averaging 18.4 points, 6.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists.

The Milwaukee Bucks have agreed to sign Xavier Munford to a two-way contract.

Munford had been playing for the Bucks' G-League affiliate, averaging 24.1 points per game with a PER of 22.7.

Munford played 14 games for the Grizzlies during the 15-16 season.

The New York Knicks have interest in signing Trey Burke from their G League affiliate. Burke signed with the Knicks in October but was immediately released and sent to the Westchester Knicks.

Burke was the G League Player of the Month in December.

The chances of losing Burke increases if he's not called up before the G League Showcase, which starts Jan. 10 in Toronto.

The Knicks would have to waive a player to create a roster spot for Burke.

"I still believe that I am one of the best scorers in the world, and that has to be my mentality," Burke recently told NBA.com. "Everybody is entitled to their own opinion, but I believe that given the opportunity I could help a team win at the NBA level."

Jarrett Jack and Frank Ntilikina have struggled to get the Knicks' offense going at the point guard position.
