Jarell Eddie is expected to sign a 10-day contract with the Chicago Bulls.

Eddie has been playing with the Windy City Bulls of the G League. Eddie was with the Bulls during preseason.

Eddie appeared in two games this season with the Celtics. Eddie played briefly for the Wizards and Suns during the 16-17 season.

Eddie went undrafted in 2014 out of Virginia Tech.

The Atlanta Hawks have agreed to sign Jaylen Morris to a 10-day contract.

Morris is averaging 12.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 39 games this season with the Erie Bayhawks of the G League.

Morris went undrafted in 2017 out of Molloy.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to sign Marcus Thornton to a 10-day contract.

Thornton has averaged 18.8 points per game this season for the Canton Charge.

The Indiana Pacers are signing Trey McKinney-Jones to a 10-day contract.

McKinney-Jones is averaging 11.4 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 26.8 minutes per game this season in the G League.

McKinney-Jones went undrafted out of Miami in 2013 and has mostly played in the G League.

The Phoenix Suns will sign Shaq Harrison to a 10-day contract.

Phoenix will waive Josh Gray to create a roster spot for Harrison

Harrison is averaging 11.1 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 29.9 minutes per game this season in the G League for the Northern Arizona Suns.

Harrison went undrafted in 2016 out of Tulsa.

The Wisconsin Herd of the G League have acquired Brandon Jennings off waivers.

“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Brandon back to the Bucks organization and introduce him to the Herd family,” said Herd General Manager and Bucks Vice President of Basketball Operations Dave Dean. “Brandon has played at the highest levels all over the world and we look forward to him calling Oshkosh home.”

Jennings began his career with the Milwaukee Bucks.

Jennings most recently played with Shanxi Zhongyu in the Chinese CBA. He appeared in 13 games, averaging 27.9 points, 6.8 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game. 

The NBA G League announced that Brooklyn Nets two-way guard Milton Doyle was named NBA G League Player of the Week for games played Monday, Feb. 5, through Sunday, Feb. 11. This is the first NBA G League Player of the Week honor in Long Island Nets history and the first of Doyle’s career.

Doyle led the Long Island Nets to a 2-0 week, averaging 29.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.0 blocks in 29.8 minutes per game while shooting 59.4 percent from the field and 61.9 percent from 3-point range.

In Long Island’s 125-119 home victory over the Raptors 905 on Feb. 6, Doyle scored a franchise-record and career-high 42 points with a career-high 11 assists, nine rebounds, two steals and two blocks. He also made a franchise-record 11 3-pointers in the win. Doyle then posted 16 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals in the LI Nets’ 120-111 road win over the Wisconsin Herd on Feb. 10.

Kendrick Perkins has opted to retire from the NBA G League.

“Perk was an invaluable asset and our team was very fortunate to have his leadership and presence throughout the season,” said Charge General Manager Brendon Yu. “We wish him the best of luck as he prepares for the next step in his career and will fondly remember his time in Canton.”

Perkins played in 27 games for the Charge this season (17 starts) and averaged 8.7 points on .532 shooting with 7.1 rebounds in 21.2 minutes per game. 

Perkins announced his return to the Cavaliers after Thursday's trade deadline but then deleted the post.

Travis Wear has been named the NBA G League Player of the Week for games played Monday, Jan. 29, through Sunday, Feb. 4. 

Wear averaged 24.5 points, 13.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists while shooting 57.6 percent from the field and 50.0% from three-point range in two South Bay wins. The former UCLA standout scored 24 points and grabbed a career-high 17 rebounds as South Bay beat the visiting Northern Arizona Suns, 133-108, on Wednesday night.

Wear followed that performance with 25 points and nine rebounds in a victory at Salt Lake City on Friday. Wear shot 62.5% from the field, including 5-9 from deep, in South Bay’s 118-114 road win. Overall for the week, South Bay outscored its opponents by an average of 21.0 points with Wear on the court.

The Phoenix Suns have signed guard Josh Gray to a 10-day contract, calling him up from the Northern Arizona Suns of the NBA G League.

Phoenix’s roster now stands at 17 players.

Gray, a 6-1, 180-pound guard, has yet to make his NBA debut. In 31 games with the NAZ Suns this season he averaged 17.9 points, shooting 44.7 percent from the field and 42.1 percent from three-point range, 6.0 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 2.3 steals (4th in G League). The NBA G League Player of the Week for games played Jan. 1-7, Gray has four games scoring 30-plus points this season including a career-high 32 points in a win over the Agua Caliente Clippers on Jan. 26.

The 29th GATORADE Call-Up in the NBA this season and sixth in NAZ Suns history, Gray is Northern Arizona’s all-time leader in points (1,228), assists (410), field goals made (474), field goals attempted (1,065), steals (148), games (81) and minutes (2,250).
