Andrei Kirilenko will stay with CSKA Moscow until the end of the season.

Kirilenko signed 3-year contract with CSKA Moscow before the start of 2011-12 season, with the option to opt-out once the lockout was over.

Kirilenko is coming off an injury-plagued season with the Jazz.

Andy Rautins has signed with Lucentum Alicante of Spain.

Rautins was traded to the Mavericks from the Knicks in the Tyson Chandler deal and was subsequently waived.

The Milwaukee Bucks have signed rookie forward Jon Leuer (6-10, 228) to a contract, General Manager John Hammond announced today. Leuer was the 40th overall selection in the 2011 NBA Draft.

Prior to signing with Milwaukee, Leuer appeared in 10 games for the Fraport Skyliners Frankfurt team in the German Bundesliga where he averaged 14.8 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.1 assists, while shooting 49.5 percent from the field.

The Mavericks are interested in clearing Rudy Fernandez from their books to create more cap space.

Fernandez could reach a buyout with Dallas and remain in Spain, where has been playing for Real Madrid.

Fernandez was traded to the Mavericks on draft night.

Brian Scalabrine tried to soothe any hard feelings his departure from Benetton Treviso created after officials from that Italian team criticized him for leaving early to try out for the Bulls.

"I really enjoyed learning from the coach (Alexander Djordjevic)," said Scalabrine, who has not been officially cleared by FIBA to return to the NBA. "The organization treated me unbelievably fairly. When I left, I gave them back all the money they paid me. I went over with the intent to stay all year if the lockout lasted that long.

"The only thing they were upset about was me leaving Friday instead of, say, two days before training camp. But I was trying to put myself in the best position to make the Bulls. I didn't want to be on Italian time while I'm trying to make the team."

Euroleague team Bennet Cantu and former Ohio State star David Lighty have agreed to part ways.

Lighty signed a two-year contract to play with Cantu this season.

Lighty was not selected in the NBA Draft on June 23, but worked out for several teams, including Atlanta and Phoenix.

Real Madrid on Wednesday announced the signing of rookie forward Kyle Singler for the rest of the season.

Singler played nine games with Alicante of the Spanish League, averaging 15 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.2 steals.

The Pistons chose Singler in the second round of the June draft with the 33rd overall pick.

Jonas Valanciunas will not be playing for the Raptors during the 11-12 NBA season.

“I’m currently with Lietuvos Rytas and I’m not really interested in those talks. There’s a lot to be done here. I’m in Lietuvos Rytas, not the Raptors,” said Valanciunas.

“Jonas will stay in Lietuvos Rytas until the end of the season. This has been agreed and we are not going to break the agreement,” said the club’s sporting director Martynas Purlys.

Bismack Byombo doesn't expect his contract issues with Fuenlabrada to linger beyond the beginning of the Bobcats' training camp on December 9th.

"We're working on that and I expect things to be done soon," Biyombo told the Observer Friday. "It will be resolved on time. I'm pretty sure that I'll be in training camp with the rest of the guys" in a week.

Biyombo is suing his former Spanish team, Fuenlabrada, for breach of contract.
