Doug Smith of the Toronto Star reviews this summer's successful retention of their three key free agents, and declares "Glen Grunwald and the team's ownership group have give a sense of legitimacy to a franchise once known for instability at the top and futility on the court."  The agent for Jerome Williams said the Raptor's pursuit of Williams was "a textbook example of how to re-sign your own free agents."
