With all the bad news that has been surrounding the Denver Nuggets lately, with resignations to trade demands, we thought we'd give the Nuggets faithful a taste of the positive for a change.

For the first time since pre-season surgery on his knee back on Oct. 12, All-Star Antonio McDyess was able to hammer down a one handed dunk in front of approximately 1,000 season ticket holders at the Nuggets practice.

"That felt good," McDyess said. "I actually surprised myself. Some days you're going to have your up days. Some days you're going to be down. It was a good day for me."

Despite the obvious improvement, McDyess is not sure when he'll be ready to return.
