Nikoloz Tskitishvili is only 22, but his three previous NBA stops have given him as much perspective as they did disappointment.

With those travails, he knows what kind of chance has fallen into his lap as he joins his first Suns practice today.

Last week's trade from Minnesota reunited Tskitishvili with his last European coach, Mike D'Antoni, and puts him in a system that could show off his versatile skills instead of plugging him into a typical swingman's or big man's role.

"To be honest, I feel like I'm home, like I'm in Benetton (Treviso, Italy) with Coach D'Antoni," Tskitishvili said.

"I really wanted to be on this team a long time ago. I'm really happy and look forward to staying here for a long time. I really believe in myself. All I need is the fresh start I'm going to have here."
