The Denver Nuggets haven't had an All-Star since 2001, but that is not stopping Nuggets' head coach George Karl from thinking big.
"If we can get close to 30 wins, that will put us in position with the fans and coaches," said Karl. "They'll be respectful of who our leaders are, Andre (Miller), Marcus (Camby) and (Carmelo Anthony)."
