On Monday night, Monta Ellis aggravated the sprained left foot he originally sustained Dec. 8.

The Golden State guard stepped on the foot of a backpedaling Vince Carter on a fourth-quarter drive to the hoop but stayed in the game and finished with 19 points and six assists.

X-rays were negative, but his status for Wednesday's game in Boston is day-to-day.

"It's the same injury," said Ellis, one of only three Warriors to play in all 26 games this season. "I guess I just redid it."
