Reserve point guard Jason Hart was waived on Thursday, freeing the veteran player after he had become a non-factor long ago.
Hart told The Bee that he plans to sign with the Los Angeles Clippers after clearing waivers in four days. The Clippers will then be responsible to pay the remainder of Hart's $1.6 million contract.
