Vinny Del Negro would not say what was said between himself and general manager John Paxson following Paxson's comments about how rookie Derrick Rose should be playing late in ball games, but according to the Chicago Sun-Times, Del Negro did make it clear that he is the coach and it is his decision.
"We talk almost every day, but I don't like to get into what me and John talk about," Del Negro said. "That's between us. I make decisions on the team in what I see fit for players, when they should play and when they don't. I know my players better than anybody."
