Dwyane Wade has started wearing bandages under his left eye once again, a practice that the NBA banned last month when he was displaying messages and designs on them.
After suffering a gash that required six stitches on Feb. 8, Wade began wearing bandages with the American flag and other designs.
Recently, the tape has been simply a solid color.
"I've still got a black eye," said Wade, "and the area is still very sensitive so it's just something to cover it."
