The Toronto Raptors gave Patrick O'Bryant 17 minutes on Tuesday evening, his highest total all season.
"It's been a long time since I played that many minutes," he said after finishing with four points, four rebounds and four fouls. "I just had to shake the cobwebs off. I have a good chance here. We have five games left and I'll be coming in for [Chris Bosh and Andrea Bargnani]. I just need to play hard and show what I've been working on for three years."
O'Bryant is only guaranteed $500,000 next season, so there is a chance that the Raptors would let him go, but that seems unlikely.
