The Suns were without Leandro Barbosa on Tuesday night because of a lingering wrist injury.

His sore right wrist took some hits in the team's last two games, so he sat out Phoenix's win over Miami.

"I definitely want to play and be there for my teammates, but I want to be able to do something," Barbosa told the Arizona Republic. "I don't think I can play with one hand."

He wasn't able to effectively pass and catch the ball during the team's shootaround on Tuesday and his shots were short.

Barbosa originally sprained the wrist in early September during the FIBA Americas Championship.
