It appears unlikely that the Heat will re-sign Jermaine O'Neal this summer.
The South Florida Sun-Sentinel points out that their plans wouldn't allow them to offer O'Neal more than a minimum contract.
Also, Joel Anthony holds a player option for next season for roughly $900,000, so there already is money allocated for a center.
