The Kings have invited J.R. Giddens to training camp, according to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports.
"Former Celtic and Knick swingman J.R. Giddens invited to Kings training camp. Giddens says his surgically repaired left knee a lot stronger," Spears wrote on his Twitter page.
Originally drafted by the Celtics with the 30th pick in the 2008 NBA Draft, he's spent time with Boston and New York.
