The University of Wyoming has struggled this season, but they have succeeded in forcing turnovers.

The Cowboys are 8-11 overall, including 1-4 in the Mountain West Conference.

Opponents average 15.6 turnovers per game and their 296 on the season is the third-most in the league.

Wyoming will face a turnover monster in UNLV on Tuesday.

The Rebels are tied for seventh in the nation with a plus-5 turnover margin, and they’ve forced 100 more turnovers than they’ve committed.

“That an unbelievable stat,” UW coach Heath Schroyer said. “Not turning the ball over and trying to get quality shots is always a challenge when you play UNLV.”
