Cody Zeller Named Indiana's Gatorade Player Of The Year

Cody Zeller has been named Indiana’s boys basketball player of the year by Gatorade. Zeller will play for Indiana this fall.

Zeller’s brother, Tyler, won the award in 2008.

“Cody Zeller plays the game the way it’s supposed to be played,” Evansville Memorial coach Rick Wilgus said in a press release. “Emotionally, he never gets too high or too low and he always makes the plays that need to be made. He seems like a great kid to coach and he is not affected by all the attention he receives.”
