Harrison Barnes and the Dallas Mavericks have reached a verbal agreement on a four-year, $94 million deal.
With the Golden State Warriors agreeing to terms with Kevin Durant, they will rescind their qualifying offer to Barnes to make him an unrestricted free agent.
