Klutch is primarily focused on player contracts, which WME doesn't do. CAA, WME's main competitor, does both. WME is run by Ari Emanuel and Patrick Whitesell.
Paul broke away from CAA and Leon Rose in 2012.
The deal would be purely strategic as Klutch is not for sale.
