Kevin Durant is not expected to take formal free agent meetings in his 2019 free agency.
"The executives I've talked to around the league believe that Kevin Durant will not take formal pitch meetings," said Brian Windhorst.
Durant took several meetings in The Hamptons in 2016.
"He said right before he got injured that he can't be recruited. That's not something that needs to happen. That he will make his own decision based on his own criteria."
Windhorst points out that LeBron James similarly met with just one team in 2018, meeting with Magic Johnson.
Durant is expected to take longer on his decision than James did last summer.
