Stephen A. Smith will host a 30-minute version of SportsCenter on Wednesday's ahead of ESPN's NBA games.
The show will air throughout the regular season and during the NBA Playoffs.
“This is what it’s all about," said Smith. "This is what I have been waiting for. Stephen A. hosting in prime time, serving NBA fans with the information and passion that you’ve come to know from me.”
Smith will have Magic Johnson and Michael Wilbon for the debut episode. Adrian Wojnarowski will contribute reports and commentary to the show.
Scott Van Pelt will hosts halftime coverage on Wednesdays.
