The NBA scheduled a Dallas Mavericks-Houston Rockets game for Sunday afternoon in Texas competing against a Dallas Cowboys-New England Patriots game that drew the highest rating since the Academy Awards.
But the schedule allowed the game to be seen in prime time in Europe with a 9:30 PM start time in Luka Doncic's home country of Slovenia.
The NBA scheduled a record 48 games on Saturday and Sunday that will air in prime time in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
