Mark Cuban confirmed to ESPN that he picked up Delonte West at a Dallas gas station in order to help the former NBA player.
TMZ reported that family and friends have been trying to get West to go to a drug rehabilitation center, with Cuban offering to pay for his treatment.
Several NBA members have tried to help West throughout the years.
The efforts renewed after pictures of West panhandling at an intersection emerged last week.
