Mike Brown made a "strong impression" on the Los Angeles Clippers during his interview, reported Marc Stein of the New York Times.
Brown is currently an assistant head coach with the Warriors.
Ty Lue, who was rumored to be a favorite for the Clippers' opening, will interview with the Rockets early next week.
