The NBA began a truncated offseason on Monday when the league lifted its transaction moratorium, which will be followed by the draft on Wednesday and the beginning of free agency on Friday. With a weaker free agency class and teams financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, we could see a particularly robust trade market.

"I know you're a notetaker," said Brian Windhorst to Zach Lowe on The Lowe Post. "You have all these notebooks and everything. I have been on the phone with executives five to 10 hours a day for the last eight or nine days. I usually can keep all of the rumors and stuff I'm hearing straight without taking notes. I have now started taking notes because I have to remember who told me what. I've never been so awash in conversations and rumors and speculation and this guy is talking to that guy. This guy blah, blah, blah... in my 18-year NBA career.

"I wish I could just spill it all right here. I can't because there would be damage that would be done. I've never had more stuff. I don't know how you feel about that."
