ESPN Replaces Rachel Nichols With Malika Andrews For Finals

ESPN has removed Rachel Nichols from her duties as sideline reporter for The Finals in the wake of her scandal in which she privately accused the network of replacing her with Maria Taylor on NBA Countdown for diversity issues. 

Malika Andrews will replace Nichols on the sideline.

Nichols, however, will continue to host The Jump.

“We believe this is best decision for all concerned in order to keep the focus on the NBA Finals," said ESPN. "Rachel will continue to host The Jump.”
