Carmelo Anthony has agreed to a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Anthony spent the past season-and-a-half with the Portland Trail Blazers, reviving his career as a scorer off the bench. Anthony averaged 13.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 24.5 minutes over 69 games last season.
Anthony is a longtime friend of LeBron James and from the same draft class.
