The NBA will open its regular season on October 19th with a doubleheader on TNT featuring the Brooklyn Nets at the Milwaukee Bucks and the Golden State Warriors at the Los Angeles Lakers, a source tells Sam Amick of The Athletic.
The Bucks will receive their rings and raise their championship banner on opening night. Milwaukee defeated the Nets in a seven-game series in the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
The Lakers defeated the Warriors last May in the seventh/eighth play-in.
