The Portland Trail Blazers plan to fully reshape their roster around Damian Lillard following a pair of trades that sent out CJ McCollum, Norman Powell, Larry Nance and Robert Covington.

The Blazers created a $21 million trade exception and could potentially have $60 million in cap space during the offseason to go with multiple draft picks and assets via their trades with the New Orleans Pelicans and Los Angeles Clippers.

The Blazers don't plan on trading Lillard and will instead pursue high-end talent.
